Female Genital Surgery

The passing of the years or childbirth are aspects that affect the aesthetics of the female intimate areas. This type of surgery restores a more youthful, aesthetic and healthy appearance to the area. There are women who suffer from ailments in their genitals as a result of this deterioration, which is why it has become a very common surgery among the female public.

Labiaplasty

With this procedure we are able to correct hypertrophies of the labia minora or majora with very good results. It consists of removing the excess tissue that appears in the female genital area.

Capuchoplasty

This procedure removes the excess skin surrounding the clitoris. The aim is to achieve a more exposed clitoris, in order to improve the woman's sexual relations.

Puboplasty

The Mount of Venus or pubis is the name given to the triangular intimate area below the abdomen. This area of the female body tends to accumulate fat due to pregnancy, caesarean sections, variations in body weight, menopause or simply due to genetic factors. These accumulations can be treated with intralipotherapy associated with cavitation or liposculpture can be performed.

Vaginoplasty

It is a surgical intervention at the level of the walls
vaginal movements, the purpose of which is the recovery of the
functionality of the vagina.

- Atrophy of the labia majora: over the years a woman may lose the volume of the labia majora and this exposes the vagina. This can lead to dryness and pain during sexual intercourse. It can also increase the risk of repeated urinary tract infections. To correct labia majora atrophy we use hyaluronic acid or the patient's own subcutaneous tissue in a technique known as lipofilling.

- Vaginismus: botulinum toxin is an excellent treatment to improve this problem as it relaxes the pelvic floor muscles and the woman can have a full sex life.

- Genital lightening: the female genital area can often become hyperpigmented due to rubbing against underwear or genetics. To lighten this area, we can use different types of magistral formulas and peelings. Sometimes it is also necessary to use different types of laser.

- Vaginal dryness and stimulation of sensitivity: with the arrival of the perimenopause and menopause, women may experience dryness and decreased sensitivity. To improve these symptoms we use techniques such as mesotherapy with hyaluronic acid, prp and carboxytherapy.

- Wide vagina syndrome and urinary incontinence: sometimes after childbirth patients suffer from these alterations which can be improved with appropriate treatments using laser technology and fractionated radiofrequency, tensor threads, etc. Vaginoplasty can also be performed, which is a surgical intervention on the vaginal walls with the aim of recovering the functionality of the vagina.
